MGO Leisure Wear is a truly authentic Dutch family business that has been active in the world of outdoor clothing since 1989.

Our heritage

Father Jan van den Berg started the company out of a pure passion for outdoor wax clothing. He was convinced that with his knowledge and vision, he could change the world of outdoor clothing. The first few wax jackets he brought by car from England. From this small beginning, the company has grown into a leading brand in casual outdoor clothing that suits people who love quality and feel connected to the outdoors.Today, the authentic wax jacket has been renewed with the help of new materials and insights, and under the wings of daughter Margot, the range has been expanded. MGO Leisure Wear is now an outdoor clothing brand with an extensive collection, from wax jackets to wool sweaters with leather details made from sustainable materials. The clothing is not only beautiful but also functional and comfortable.
